YSEALI Professional Fellows Program (PFP) adalah program pertukaran profesional yang diselenggarakan oleh Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI) untuk para pemimpin muda di Asia Tenggara. Program ini memberikan kesempatan kepada peserta untuk mengembangkan keterampilan kepemimpinan, membangun jejaring internasional, dan berbagi pengalaman di Amerika Serikat. Fokus program ini mencakup berbagai bidang seperti pemerintahan, pembangunan ekonomi, lingkungan, dan pendidikan. Melalui YSEALI PFP, peserta terpilih akan mengikuti pelatihan intensif, magang, serta kegiatan lainnya yang dirancang untuk memperkuat kapasitas mereka sebagai pemimpin di negara asal.

Fathin Naufal Nur Islam (Naufal) is a digital innovation practitioner and entrepreneur in the technology sector with experience in handling innovative digital products for businesses, governments, SMEs, and other institutions for 5+ years. Currently, Naufal is working as a product manager in Gojek/GoTo (one of the largest tech companies in South East Asia) and focusing on handling the onboarding and content management for Gofood (online food delivery, one of the core product in Gojek) merchants in Indonesia and Vietnam, where his goal is to enable merchants to grow their business and deliver top-notch customer experiences. In his free time, he is also trusted to help various prominent parties to do digital transformation by leading his own digital transformation company and acting as a vice director of digital transformation in a university under the largest Muslim organization in the world (Nahdlatul Ulama).
