  Fathin Naufal Nur Islam (Naufal) is a digital innovation practitioner and entrepreneur in the technology sector with experience in handling innovative digital products for businesses, governments, SMEs, and other institutions for 5+ years. Currently, Naufal is working as a product manager in Gojek/GoTo (one of the largest tech companies in South East Asia) and focusing on handling the onboarding and content management for Gofood (online food delivery, one of the core product in Gojek) merchants in Indonesia and Vietnam, where his goal is to enable merchants to grow their business and deliver top-notch customer experiences. In his free time, he is also trusted to help various prominent parties to do digital transformation by leading his own digital transformation company and acting as a vice director of digital transformation in a university under the largest Muslim organization in the world (Nahdlatul Ulama).
